Captain Kyouraku is a man who can give commands and as such the 8th Division is accustomed to strong leadership. However, it seems like the real power in this division is held by the lieutenant.

Hey everyone am the new squad 8 captain.iF u have any problems or need any help either pm the squad captain or the vice captain and we will help. Also i would like if everyone from the squad join the team to play together as squad member.

• Requirement to be in the elite squad division 8: u most lv at leats 1 LV FOR 1 WEEK
  

• must follow main gotei13 rule and the squad rule too

5 seat LV 1-30
4 seat LV 31-60
3 seat LV 61-85
LT LV 86-100

LV 101 AND UP U READY TO BE CAPT...YUROICHI HAVE LAST WORD.

It's a good idea but for people like me who are good and can run but are bored very easy it's useless but I might incorporate it but at a lower level for my Squad awesome idea Cifer

yes it is a good idea and it sticks the the anime. the strongest ppl are the captains then lieutenant etc. this will only work tho if ppl are willing to lvl their bleach characters.
