New PSU Update For January 27 until March 1

New Year Special Week: Until March 1, the following upgraded missions will have a Golden Light bonus. EXP will be boosted on these missions.
Military Subway: S2 and S3 difficulties will be added.
Bruce's Dungeon: C-A will be upgraded from PSU to AOTI standards. S3 difficulty will be added. GUARDIANS Branch standby areas will be updated to allow a player to view their best S3 time.
Protectors ε' C-S3: An extra stage GAM will become available at the Resident Security Department. This mission is very similar to Protectors ε from the Spring Event, however it has had its completion rewards reduced.
GAM Standby Area: A new standby area will be added for extra stage.
Chronicles HQ: This prologue mission from GUARDIANS Chronicle will remain available in a permanent form so that players can still redeem their individual milestone rewards.
Special Exchange 2: New items will be added for trade.
Eleventh GAS wave: Also known as JP's tenth GAS wave, this set includes the following additions.
Weapon skills: C Rate+ LV1-2 will be available for all ranged and TECHNIC weapons (except for RCSMs). These customizations allow for an increase in critical hit rate of 2-3%.
Photon Art adjustments: Various changes will be made to striking and TECHNIC PAs.
Spinning Break: Increased power for second and third parts. One additional target for first part.
Tornado Break: Increased power and accuracy. Two additional targets for first part, one additional target for second part.
Bogga Zubba: Increased power. Two additional targets.
Bukuu Rensen-ga: Increased power and accuracy. One additional target for second part.
Shunbu Shouren-zan: One additional target for first part, two additional targets for second part.
Senten Kanzan-ga: Increased accuracy.
Barta: Increased power.
Zonde: Increased power.
Megid: Increased power.
Enemy TECHNICs: The listed changes to TECHNICs also apply to enemies that use them.
Valentine's Day Lobbies: Clyez City will be decorated in celebration of Valentine's Day. This decor will last until March 1 and so will appearances of Rappy Amure. During this time, BT Box will be available at the Variety Shop.
Casino Voloyal: There will be a standard rotation of items here.
GUARDIANS Chronicle panel rewards will be available after a future maintenance.

Spinning Break:
1.Power boosted for parts 2 and 3.
2.Part 1 hits one additional target.
Tornado Break:
1.Overall power and accuracy boosted.
2.Part 1 hits one additional target; part 2 hits two additional targets.
Bogga Zubba:
1.Overall power boosted.
2.Hits two additional targets.
Bukuu Rensen-ga:
1.Overall power and accuracy boosted.
2.Part 2 hits one additional target.
Shunbu Shouren-zan:
1.Part 1 hits one additional target; part 2 hits two additional targets.
Senten Kanzan-ga:
1.Overall accuracy boosted.
Barta:
1.Power boosted.
Zonde:
1.Power boosted.
Megid:
1.Power boosted.
Note that the TECHNIC adjustments also apply to these particular TECHNICs when they are used by monsters.

Can someone explain this to me? I have twin bearclaws does this mean i it has new attacks? or something like that

this all gona be till march first then its going back to normal is that what your saying if so thats just a waste what the point of incressing the power of stuff till march 1st then return it to normal thans like that make it not fun to play for me i dont like if im wrong fill me in what the whole than is about

the boosts on the pa's and spells are forever, and the twin claw pa isnt a new pa, its just became stronger, and more accurate and hits more targets.

ok so I can still get it to 50 its just stronger and more accurate? whats hits one additional target?

like if an enemy is within the range then they will also be hit and take dmg, for example tornado break hits 5 enemies in the range of its atk, after the update it will hit 6.

yea i want the pa boost and the casino coins, cos i went and bought 4 yasha's today and im gonna get 4 sange's, then all the rest of the stuff, but i need 4 chevelier edges. i made a sange yasha today, it was 32% ice so not very happy, cos i wanted dark or light or neutral
