What is the Royal guards?

The Royal Guard (Royal Special Task Force in English), also known as the Zero Division (Squad Zero in English), it is made up of former Captains of the Gotei13 who have been promoted to this level. Only captains of the Gotei13 know of their existence. They are said to have considerable power and tactical knowledge. The Royal Guard are expert Shinigami that were promoted to protect the Clan. They are the highest class of Shinigami and only answer to the clan leader. Currently, these unrivaled Shinigamis are actively participating in safe-guarding and maintaining the Clan, which is done by acting through the ranks they've been instated with in either of the divisions, be it in the Gotei13, or the Onmitsukidou. Despite being Captains, and not just mere guards of the Clan. they are more widely known to be holding their titles as Royal Guards, which is considered an honor in the realm of the Shinigamis and as a sign of the superior abilities they hold compared the the regular Captain. The title themselves are actual symbols of their status and their capabilities in upholding the rules and regulations throughout the clan and beyond, being able to ensure the citizens that they're using their vast powers to safe-guard the entire clan. While they're protecting the clan, they are considered to be the strongest weapons the Gotei13 is in the possession of and that each of their characters combined, is the same as the clan leader, another counter-factor to the reason to why they're being referred to as the Gotei13 Five Blades of Law.

The zero division have their own symbol that represents their elite division. Which symbolizes they're defenders of the Clan only the Royal Guards can bare this insignia as a sign of their title and power. /////Royal Guard\\\\\

yes i read it. And i think ur correct in most of what u said, although i disagree on a couple of vital factors. 1: i dont think i called u out, and i think u took what i said personally, it wasnt personal, no1 in the clan rite now if royal guard material. 2: I think being a royal guard means elite player, so low %'s and grinds just dont cut it at this lvl, ur lvl is there just have to work on pallet, like aizen aswell. I also think u will be a royal guard if u show some restraint and focus on the goal. 3: even mentioning quiting over something as minute and silly shows me what i dont want to see from a commited member. i speak my mind, i dont mince my words, i believe occasinally being antagonistic to ones subordenants keeps them on there toes.

to be honest you are pissing me off the last time i said that you were on your damn phase and it was bored being the only active member on with the exception of soi fon so yes i felt alone and bored and told you that i was thinking about going to a clan that was active and enjoy playing the game like i do. so what you saying is bull but dont worry about isshin he will not quit but he is going to be very quiet.

thats understandable, but me, being the type of person i am, i dont quit something if it isnt working, i make it work, u already know that captains can recruit members, and while i was on my phase u could have attempted to keep it going, i seems that cos i may be the clan leader means that i have to be the one doing everything... and i seem to be the only one talking at the clan meetings also, i dont like this because we are all a group, and we all have a voice or fingers to type...

but i only lvl 090 and i nvr will take my sange out of my pallet and for me getting 10/10 weaps is imposible
and buying good weaps is not an option cuz i lack the mesteza

i think its the lack of competitiveness that keeps u from achieving those things. and maybe a bit of ambition.

I think you should have something to work towards while in the Royal Guards if you go into with all 10/10 weps and 50% or higher element, why are you playing? so I think the pallet should be strong but shouldnt stop you from being in the Royal Guard

I agree at least drop the standards for acceptance into the royal guards cause once someones in theyll work harder to make themselves better ETC

i was being very leniant with the requirements, neliel will tell u that an actual pro players pallet is worth over a bil.

ok let's be realistic, lower the standards, let us have some fun. like i said let the person/people who are in The Royal Guard have sopmething to work towards. if you make it to difficult people will lose intrest. It would be different if you had lik 10 180 characters trying to get one of the 5 positions but you dont. i know you want to be all legit but this is a game make it fun
