my ideas 4 improvement

i have a couple of ideas 2 improve the clan a bit however some of them require more ppl 2 be in it
so i won't post them all just yet
the 1st idea is that if a captain knows he or she can't make it to the captains meeting that they could send another member of there squad in there place ( preferably there lieutenant ) and to tell their captain the content of the meeting when he or she returns
2nd is that to let for a lil more independence and unique ness for our clan members to maybe add sumthing to there OS so its different than everyone else's so they hav a lil bit individualism in their OS's
3rd requires a lot more ppl but an hueco mundo hollow arracnr type sub clan so ppl that wanna b an espada can get there way however i'm not 100% with this idea yet

the last is given DO MORE STUFF TOGETHER AS A CLAN like runs or other stuff like participating in FS's or just spendng time together

i agree on two out of three, i dont agree on the arrancar sub clan. their are espada already in the clan, and to make another clan just to make this overall entity even more specialized and specific than it already is. individualism in OS's, i thought the 14 shortcuts were enough to express individualism.

the reason why everyones is the same i the same reason the police, fire brigade, doctors, school kids etc etc wear the same uniform (one form), i think unity is more important than expressing individaulism.,

First thing first. In order to make this clan better Head Captin needs to "Wake Up" and get out of this so called "PHASE" and Head Captin Needs to communicate more to the clan not just through forum also throudh PSU Mail and Xbox Mail for example, if there is no meeting let everyone know in advance and also let everyone know when the next meeting is going to be see how many are coming. Sundays were good we had a nice turn out before the so called "Phase" instead of a "Phase" why dont you find something interesting to do with the clan for example, explore planets try to hit all missions, go hunting for rare items thins like that HEAD CAPTIN STEP UP I know we all have lives but I enjoy playing PSU to escape the real world. Head Captin you say you love Gotei13 and want to keep it going. PROVE IT. Oh im not mad at you, just throwing in my two cents and venting.

i think that we need 2 pull together as a clan of individuals and put together other ideas and such 4 clan improvement

Sorry I haven't been on lately, between the new job, playing phantasy star portable 2 and playing the new bleach game on ps3, just been a lot things going on, I might not play as much especial because I hate the GBR that's out right now, but I will at lest try to be on a little bit more . cya on Sunday if i don't see ya before hand
