promoted and demoted that should be my decision bc i don't like been capt just for show

bc if i cant take any decision for my squad there is no point to be capt..

that doesn't mean im going to move ichigo i wont do anything that will be ur decision.

any new member that join my squad i want to promoted them or demoted.

if they miss the meeting don't ask them u should ask me bc im the 1 charge of them right...

its about time, its been such a long time to see a squad captain with leadership quality's. i agree with you, captains do have power in their squad, otherwise it would be just a gimmick. all captains can recruit and sometimes boots depending on the offence, i want to make it clear ichigo hasnt done anything about his demotion so he must'nt care. so yes starrk can be lieutenant.

im going to make my own rank system for my squad i will pos it when is ready

about ichigo i will give him more time to see if he come bak

and idk but if i had power in my squad ,full power, i'ld make Rukia my lt and see if suzumebachi is ready 2 be a cpt

i think ichigo doesnt deserve lieutenant so it goes to starrk, and if he is such a bad person then he wont last long, bad ppl dont last long in the gotei13. but like i said innocent until proven guilty

soi fon i agree with starrk being made lieutenant purely because he is active and ichigo is not, in the case of rukia being made lieutenant would be a shameful act of favouritism, for example shunsui is active and very polite, how do u think he feels when his own captain doesnt see the effort he makes, and instead is blinded by love. as a captain ur decisions must be non biased. like i said 2 meetings ago, the most active members deserve the highest ranks, not who's been a member lonegest. it's for the good of the clan.

Hello all I am sorry that I have not been on as of late there have been a few addidtions to my house hold and also I have had to move to a new location. I do thank all of you for keeping me in the clan and at my current rank of cpt. of squad 6. I will be returning to the clan next month and will be active as well. Again I thank you all and hope you continue to get stronger.

yes well im always up for that. i play pso2 jap, and mass effect 3. i also play guitar hero and halo, left 4 dead 2, and borderlands 2. is there anything from that list that u have. mass effect is really fun. maybe create a little team on that with clan members.
